The story of this cup
Apple Jasmine Milk Tea was not on any plan. We were squeezing fresh apples and trying the juice with tea, to see what it would pair with.
Then we tried it with jasmine milk tea. The result was surprisingly good, and completely unexpected: apple, jasmine and fresh milk, together in one cup. We kept it, and it became our signature.
The jasmine behind it
Our jasmine tea is a blend of Bai Hao Yin Zhen, also known as white silver needle, scented with aromatic jasmine nine times to bring out the fullest jasmine fragrance. It took several tries, and a few changes of tea, before we found it. It is one of the most fragrant teas we use, and it is now in almost all of our drinks.
