What it is
Our jasmine tea is a blend of Bai Hao Yin Zhen, also known as white silver needle, a tea made from tender young buds. It is scented with aromatic jasmine nine times, to bring out the fullest jasmine fragrance.

Jasmine is at the heart of CHASHE. Our house blend is in almost all of our drinks, from a simple brew to fruit-and-milk pairings.
Why nine times
Jasmine tea takes on its fragrance from being scented with jasmine, and each round of scenting adds more. Nine rounds is how we get the fullest jasmine flavour in the cup.
How we found it
We did not start with this tea. We went through several tries, and changed our jasmine tea a few times, before we found the one we use today. It is one of the most fragrant teas we work with, and it is now in almost all of our drinks.
